The bad effects of playing online games on me

1. Lack of Exercise

Since I'm a gamer, the first thing that I almost forget is my hobbies like playing basketball and volleyball. I have been lacking of exercise because of when I'm waking up in the morning I went immediately in the front of my computer to play online games for about 12 or more hours, That's why sometimes I was easy to infect of sick.

2. Health

Problem with health cause sometimes I forget to eat at the right time and also for being late in sleeping. Because I'm lacking of sleep and late of sleeping, I was easy to have a cough and cold. Also, I was always sickly because of the low immune system cause of lack of sleep.

3. Bonding With My Childhood Friends

These is I missed the most, because of playing for almost a day. I never go outside to play with my childhood friends, that's why sometimes my friends have a displeasure at me because I'm not able to get together with them cause of focusing on the front of my computer for playing online games.

4. Poor Eyesight

Because of radiation for playing for many hours. My eyesight is getting blurry because sometimes after playing I've forgotten that you cannot wash your face because they can affect your eyes that make it blurry. Plus the lack of sleep because of wake for late night in playing online games.

The good effects of playing online games on me.

1. Time management

The first thing that I have learned in gaming is time management. This makes me aware in time, I can manage the time and setting the what goals that I want to reach. Even if I'm playing, I can be able to finish the requirements in school.

2. Friends

In online games I have found a true friend in the game. They are good not only behind of their monitors, but also in the personal. I meet them without doubting if they go with me into an accident or what. My feelings for them is luminous, I never feel a fear of them and I'm so happy that I found them, because they treat me as the part of their family and I'm also treated them as a brother.

3. Extra Income

In gaming, I have got an extra income, because I'm going to play and level their accounts. Since I'm a home gamer, the only thing that I used is only my time. I'm just playing to level up their accounts, I just boosted their account to make it fast in leveling up, and they are going to pay me weekly or monthly. Sometimes they gift me an item into my personal gaming account.

Reasons why I do play online games

1. Bonding with friends

First of all, for me, I play online games not only when I'm bored. I play because of my friends, playing is our time for bonding and also to greet each other. Even we're playing far from each other, we did not feel that, because we have a microphone and earphones so we can talk even if we are in the game and also I love the times when we teasing the one of our friends. Until we don't care about the time passed. The important thing is that we enjoy very much playing games with each other.

2. Stress Reliever

When I'm playing games, I forgot all of my problems and everything that I'm facing right now. After playing there is a new solution that comes into my mind. I was refreshing myself, especially my mind that's why I play sometimes even there is so many things that we need to finish, I'm just going to play a short time to meditate. This is the kind of my study habits, even when I'm playing I am proudly say that I have never gotten a failing grade in my college days. That was I'm so thankful in the games to help me think critically to make my problems accomplish and also thankful for the game, because in game I found my true friends that treat me as a family and specially they never feel me down.
